Altofino is a Vienna-based online shop for selected fine foods, spanning the culinary landscape from the waterfalls of Slovenia’s Soča Valley to the sun-kissed pine groves of the Catalan coast.

We are looking for producers and trading partners whose products combine origin, craftsmanship, and transparent quality — ideally from small to mid-sized houses with consistent standards.

Currently of particular interest:

• Olive oils & vinegars – single-varietal, DOP/IGP, regionally distinctive

• Nut oils & nut products – hazelnut, walnut, almond, pistachio, chestnut, and regional blends

• Olives & vegetable preserves – olives, artichokes, peppers, capers, grilled vegetables

• Mushrooms & truffle products – dried/preserved porcini, chanterelles, truffle condiments

• Sauces & spreads – tomato sauces, passata, tapenades, olive or pepper spreads

• Rice, pulses & grains – risotto, polenta, and specialty varieties

• Pasta & cereal products – traditionally produced, from regional durum wheat, spelt, buckwheat, or heritage grains

• Seafood preserves & pâtés – tuna, sardines, anchovies, mussels, bottarga, and regional fish rillettes

• Sweets & pastries – biscuits, jams, candied fruits, nougat, turrón, nut creams

• Spices & condiments – herbs, salts, pestos
